Inter Circle transfer of Shri Shambhu Ku. Singh, IP, Odisha Circle now on deputation at PTC, Darbhanga from Odisha Circle to Bihar Circle under Rule-38 of Postal Manual Vol-IV has been approved vide Odisha Circle Memo No.ST/45-Rule-38/IP/2012 dated 23-02-2015.
