The default password has been communicated by Circle Office through email to the Divisions for intimation to the Sub Divisional Heads.
The Sub Divisional Heads need to -
a. Login into this official email id & change the default password to their customized one.
b. Configure the Email Signature as per standards prescribed.
c. Send Test Mail from this official email id to CSI W1 Rollout Team, CEPT over id – avad@indiapost.gov.in – strictly after configuring the Email Signature.

The Functional email IDs of Sub-Divisions are yet to be communicated officially a/w the default passwords by the concerned Divisional Head.In the meantime, I would like to brought to the kind notice that the e-mail ID may perhaps require correction.

There is provision for correction. There is specific column to mention the required correction in the proforma sent through e-mail to the Divisional Heads. Please request your Divisional Office to mention the same in the proforma and to submit to Circle Office.
